Tsana Associates was formed in the early 90s by Keith Pincher specifically to bring the benefits of Lean Thinking to the UK Service Sector.  We are a consortium of management professionals specialising in Sales and Marketing and IT.  Our broad definition of Marketing covers any action or business decision which impacts upon the fit of the offer, product or service to the customer need.

We provide Strategic Consultancy and a range of fully customisable training courses built upon lean sigma methodology to support our change and turnaround initiatives within client businesses.
